Summary The Rakhine (about 1.9 million) are a Lolo-Burmese group living in Myanmar, India and Bangladesh. They are primarily Buddhists. The percentage of Christians varies from 0.16 in Myanmar to 1.09 in Bangladesh. Centuries ago the Rakhine were feared pirates but now are valley farmers. -Pray that the Rakhine believers will be humble and bold under Jesus. -No Mekong workers among the Rakhine.
